Used your setup with Williams in Career Mode. 94% AI, P13 in Quali, P7 in the Race (very realistic, next race 104%...). The setup works quite well, the tyres are very fine. Just the Last corner is tricky... couldn't find a solution for it so far.

I used your setup with a few modifacations. My Mclaren has similar Development Stats. Front Wing Aero: 4 Rear Wing Aero: 3 Ballast: 7 So i'm faster on the straight, without loosing handling. My times: Q1: 1.08.611 (P1) Q2: 1.09.228 (on ultrasoft tyres)(P7) Q3: 1.08.344 (P1) Thanks for your nice setup!
