IczBr3ka 0 Report post Posted September 4, 2017 Hey guys, I played now the first career season in this game and I have the feeling that the AI is way faster in Qualifing than in Race. Normally im on P 13-19 in Qualifing and after the Race I am on P5-9 and this almost every Race. Do you guys struggling with the same or are it my Qualifing times that sucks? Andy2102 0 Report post Posted September 5, 2017 The qualifying times are simulated as the clock hits 0:00. These simulated times seem to be ultimate AI times no matter which difficulty you select. The workaround is to make sure you leave pit lane on old tyres with about 2:00 left (depending on which track / circumstances) and make sure you cross the finish line with only a few seconds on the clock. This way the AI will be finished by the time you cross the line a final time. There's no actual descrepancy between on track qualy and race times of the AI.
