The key is having the max ballast set to 6 to reduce oversteer. Ballast 7 for me means going into the barriers all the time.

it helped me a lot. thank you. i believe i have a problem with not turning as much as i wanted but it is a very good setup for my Sauber.

Wanted a low downforce setup due to using a second tier car but obviously by doing that the car understeered a lot through the middle sector. To counter this i stiffened up the suspension and moved the ballast and seem to have come up with a setup that seems to have good straight line speed without sacrificing too much through the middle sector. Must be smooth through eau rouge with as little steering input as possible and mind the inside kerbs through turns 10 & 11

2nd season of the game at Renault and I can go flat out through Eau Rouge on the ps4 controller with no dramas. Have done some major aero and chassis updates so have more downforce

Really really solid setup

I made 1:48:115 with soft tyres, on the last lap. The tyre management was pretty good, i think that I could do better if i had more time. I have problems when i am just behind a car at the eau rouge where i must decelerate because I reach an impressive oversteer.

Btw really good job. Keep it on!

Edit: i have just made 1:47:107! Wonderful!

Very balanced and very forgiving. Set up for Rain/Dry. No adjustments needed! One of Werner's finest. All rain weekend the ballast is again 5.

I found that my William's hated this set up, it was very tail happy and did not want to even attempt to negotiate au rouge. I tinkered with the aero and now it sticks to the floor like glue.

i can go through Eau Rouge flat out and the car will hold its ground like a champ mind you this is on my career mode McLaren with an incredibly light chassis but none the less feel free to give it a try on the other teams cars and see how it feels
