Pretty good. Used this setup. Only thing I touched was the front wing because I wanted to get more downforce in S2. Was able to run a 1:31.8 on options, and a 1:32:6 on primes. No assists. Driving Force GT wheel. Feels pretty quick and I'm sure it can go quicker considering I haven't played F1 2012/2013 for a few months now so I'm getting used to codemasters physics all over again.

Thanks for this. In practice on the harder tyre I was doing a low 1.36 with confidence I could do a 1.35. With this setup I just did a low 1.34, consistently over 4 laps within 0.080 or so of each other. So this setup combine with some practice knocked about 2 seconds off. The lap wasn't perfect either, so I wonder if a high 1.33 is achievable in harder tyre with the lotus and low fuel. Bahrain is a very enjoyable track, and able to be much more consistent. Consistency on Malaysia and China was a big issue.

@KFieLd can you please post the settings of your driving force gt

I know I am off topic a bit but KFieLd and Sauberdriver, I am looking for a good PS3 steering wheel  for a resonable price. Is the Driving Force GT doing a good job on F1 racing. Do you have to give small hit on the long curve or the driving is flawless. Would you recommand it. I just don't want to buy a steering wheel that the driving is worst then a regular PS3 controller.

I think if you can put 1:32.6 as lap time on prime tire with your wheel, it should drive ok.

I would be very interested to know what is your opinion guys on this steering wheel.

Brilliant setup. In career practice in a Lotus I managed a 1:35.445 on the primes, although my theoretical best was a 1:35.260. On the options I managed a 1:34.800.

The best part of this setup is tyre wear. On 50% race distance, the primes are supposed to last 16 laps, but after 11 on track they still had 9.7 to go. I also set my fastest lap on lap 10 of an 11 lap run, so they were still giving great performance and had more than half their life left. The options were the same, they have a supposed life of 12 laps, but after 7 on track they still had 8 to go.

Fast setup, good on tyre life. I haven't run the race yet, but it should be a 1-stop.

The only slight change I made was to slightly shorten the 6th and 7th gears, to sacrifice ultimate DRS-assisted qualifying time for better race pace.
