Very stable setup, easy going flat out through eau rouge. Qualified P7 as "best of the rest." Top 3 teams are too quick on this track in Qualifying. Managed too finish P2 since Bottas and Leclerc decided to knock each other off the track and DNF. I was on a different strategy than Hamilton and Vettel so could keep them behind me. Just couldn't match Verstappens' pace who won the race.

Can anyone help me with this track? I'm using vorrions setup above, and its quick. However if I hit the inside kerb on Pouhon (turn 12) I spin off every time. Can this be sorted with a setup tweak or is that corner just a killer?

This setup has sorted out my big problem in turn 12. First 3 season's of my career and I've been on for a win / great result each time, only to have big high speed spins each time and finish dead last. I finally got the W in season 4 using this setup.

It's probably not quite as quick in terms of 1 lap speed as the setup I was using previously (Vorrions) but it's still very quick, and it's rock solid stable and I was able to be more consistent generally. Most importantly, if I hit one of those tough kerbs this setup either rides it, or it can be saved (instead of instant big spin).

Another great set-up for Mercedes.

I managed a 1.41.633 in the Qualifying Sim programme.

The only thing i changed was adding a touch more front wing (4:4 instead of 3:4) to make the car slightly more agile through sector 2.  This improved on my previous best time by around 0.8 seconds!

My fastest lap in the race was 143.046 on fresh medium tyres, and i finished in 1st place.

My Mercedes has full upgrades and AI is 95%.

Using an XBox controller on PC.

Having major issues with the setup, which is a real shame. I can take the track with so much speed, but Eau Rouge is a nightmare. Car loses grip at the bottom and I either spin at the top of Radillon or have to cut the asphalt corner to keep from spinning into the wall. Not sure what to do to fix it; I guess I'll have to run a ton of laps with different settings to figure out.

EDIT: Problem solved! Just had to get a lot of practice in. The Roll Bar is what really caused issues, but I managed to work around it. Thanks!
