Unreal Lap times

Hi, 

I have a problem with the game.For second time a game bot did unreal lap time.

I post the qualification results.I think it's not possible 40 seconds lap in Monaco.

Is this PC? Have you updated the game, this was a problem in the original release.

It's on PS4.The problem became when I changed the difficulty from expert to master.

Which is the last version, I'm with 1.08?I also play multiplayer, but I think I can't do it without updated game.
