Qualifying time was done on my 3rd flying lap on the same set of tyres so they were quite worn by the time I nailed it. And made a few tweaks to get to a 1:24 on medium tyres not in qually mode. Hey mate just a tip if u want to try it. Try changing front ride height to 3 and rear to 4, both diffs to 80, front camber 3.30, toe front 0.12 rear 0.35, front brake bias to 60 and ballast to 7. MattyM Posted August 31, 2017 Report Share Posted August 31, 2017 Decided to try and make up that extra second I thought I could get in the McLaren and I finally managed it in Time Trial with a 1:22.546 which is 0.02 slower than Vandoorne's Q1 time in the GP this year. Had an all new setup, saw a video online and thought I'd play around with it, I have so much control of the car, even with a controller, I think the only way I could possibly go faster is just by getting better at the game. I will probably use this setup in races instead of my previous because it's so much more comfortable, just don't attack the corners so violently and tyre wear will never be an issue in this game. If you go to time trial and make the number one driver your rival you'll see. He's probably a 1 19.5 driver but instead of taking that little last chicane in sector 3 he misses it completely goes all the way to the sand hits the wall bounces back onto the track and gets a 117. shadowpadme Posted September 24, 2017 Report Share Posted September 24, 2017 Team: Renault Lap Time: 1:21.808 Race Mode: Career first season; No Assists; Max(4) fuel mode in Q3; 100% full race with standard fuel mode and a few laps of lean mode to save some fuel, 88% AI Weather: Dry Controller Type: Wheel Aerodynamics Front Wing Aero: 7 Rear Wing Aero: 7 Transmission Differential Adjustment On Throttle: 65% Differential Adjustment Off throttle: 65% Suspension Geometry Front Camber: -3.30 Rear Camber: -1.80 Front Toe: 0.09 Rear Toe: 0.29 Suspension Font Suspension: 7 Rear Suspension: 6 Front Anti-Roll Bar: 6 Rear Anti-Roll Bar: 6 Front Ride Height: 3 Rear Ride Height: 4 Brakes Brake Pressure: 75% Front Brake Bias: 53% Tyres Tyres Front Tyre Pressure: 22.6psi Rear Tyre Pressure: 21.1psi Weight Distribution Ballast: 7 Rain came in half way through the race, change to inter, set front wing to 8, Differential on throttle to 85%, I can do low 1:37 in the wet with this setup and pulling away from the Redbull.
