I'm having massive issues with turning on this course. I play on a ps4, with a thrust master wheel. Driving William's in career mode.

Am I better off trying the controller on Monaco? I've moved my settings all over the place and it still isn't helping much. I've played since F1 2010, and never had this much issue on any course. 

Any advice would be appreciated.

Credit to bytecruncher26it is his setup.  I only changed the Aerodynamics, Transmission and front & rear ride height to suit me better.  Very tough track for me, but this was the best working set up for my driving.

In Q2 I adjusted the Aerodynmaics to Front 3 Rear 2 and it was pretty nimble.  Finished Q3 in P6. 

In the race I made it up to P3 after everyone had completed their pits.  On lap 14 of 20 I had gear box problems and fell back to P6.  I fended off the rest of the pack.  Interesting note, Hamilton was DQ'd in the first lap and Kimi started 12 and finished 2.  Gasley had the worst time in Qualifying but started 17th due to penalties to other drivers.  He surprisingly posted the fasted lap twice during the race and finished 14,  Kimi ended up having the fastest lap.

use this setup on the force india i agree with you it makes Monaco a lot easier but still don't like this track and i dont think i ever will, the only change i made to this setup was i left dif 75% on both as 85% and 80% made the back end seem a little loose in the corners for my driving style but a great setup nether the less

Updated setup from earlier post. Couldn't quite string together a perfect lap but the session theoretical knocked six tenths off my old lap so I'm very happy. This is also likely kinder on tyres come race-day.
