The camber was clear but I thought a higher on throttle would give more straight line speed not less?

For me very good setup to take corners fast and good speed trap

Change the front toe to 9. It's a Haas set up. Like I say: it is a good set up.  Shut up and race it. If you can't, learn it.

if you are using a controller go to settings and change the wheel rotation to 180° to get even better tyre wear and temperatures because this set up works the best the smoother you drive. Glued to the track, with a minimum amount of wheel spin, it’s very good on the brakes, through corners and is also fast in a straight line. Even the curbs aren’t a problem. The qualifying time is on the super softer tyre. Just remember the softer the tyre compound, the smoother you must drive, the harder the compound the more you can push.

Go to 2017. Robomags has a season of them. They also cross over to other teams. Good for Force India as well. The 2017 setups DO Work and are totally relevant. I'm telling you it doesn't matter the car.

I think man with your time, you have to change your set up. 1:21 timetrial with a sauber is not good. Maybe you have to put your wings to 5-5 or 5-6, for exemple for turn 3 you have to take the curve with high speed and a big turn, so your rear wing must have to be increase. Your brake balance and pressure is too low, for exemple for the first turn, you have to break with a huge speed, so the best is to have a big pressure around 80-83. Your suspensions are not good too. Little tire wear, good for career mode. 

Warning: Careful in turn 7. Car tends to slip out if you go too hard on throttle.

Another good career Toro Rosso set up. I use PS4 controller.  My Q2 time was my better than Q3.  Room for improvement everywhere, not my best track.

1.20.416 with differential @ 77 in Q2
