this set up really feels super solid. I don’t think I’m on for a race win but tbh I’m behind in the development race to red bull and haas. I will post my result. I do 101% AI and 100% distance races.

With AI at 105, I altered the setup just a bit.

Got 1.00 and 0.99 tire wear at the race sim, couldn’t do it on hyper because of rain.

This setup is a beast in the wet (at least on inters), got pole by over a second in my Sauber over Vettel!

suspension: 7/5/8/5/4/4

Did the changes to make the back more stable and hoping to decrease rear tire wear. Only little oversteer is now at the exit of the first right hander in sector 2.

driving with assist though, abs on and TC medium.

I used your setup with a few modifacations. My Mclaren has similar Development Stats.

Front Wing Aero: 4
Rear Wing Aero: 3

So i'm faster on the straight, without loosing handling.

My times:

Q1: 1.08.611 (P1)

Q2: 1.09.228 (on ultrasoft tyres)(P7)

Q3: 1.08.344 (P1)

Thanks for your nice setup!

Good straight line speed for attacking or defending the main straight, solid grip through sectors 1 and 2, pretty good tyre wear for race.

This set up is awesome I am only 3 tenths away from pole in a sauber on level 95

you can break a lot later for the last chicane before the hairpin, and the braking point for the hairpin is just about right for me. if you guys can improve this, please do.

this setup worked for me, but i probably didn't do it much justice.

The reason for the changes for the race is to help manage tire wear and to provide more control while around other cars.

Hello. I would.like.to.give my sincerest apology to.4eyedCoupe regarding my comments to his post. There is no excuse.for.my ignorant demeaning reply. It was totally uncalled for. As  MR. 4eyedCoupe is a valuable contributor that newbies like myself.learn from my reply was incongruous. I.hope my apology is accepted and I can be forgiven by such a valuable member.on this site. Without players like this newbies like myself would spend countless extra hours with these setup and tips to make my entertainment of a great game that much more enjoyable and playable . Mr. 4eyedCoupe I should practice what I preach and.take.that 5 seconds before a post reply etc. I would not have to come.on here and speak and.apologize as an idiot moron. Heck one used a set up of his before my ignorance got.the better of me.. Again this site.is fillled with such comradarie that i alone.jumped the gun and.responded in a disrespectful and inhumane way.  I am.sorry to all who read my response which i hope i deleted and.may have been offended by it. And of course.to Mr 4eyedBlonde my deepest apology that was totally wrong. I will of xourae.keep.searching for setups and t11ips from the real pros at this and thanks to all who do. It is very much appreciated . I will keep.silent until a time I can adds in a respectful manner to this site.
