This is as Styx stated above something that looks like James setup, though in my case I just chose the fastest simulation setup that you can find in the game and then changed to 1/1 wings and changed the tyre pressure, and suspension from 8 to 6. Otherwise it's completely as in the game that you can choose. I think the template is the reason for us having similar setups, but I may be wrong. It is really good for this map as Styx said, and tribute to James, especially if he didn't use the template to begin with.
